When my dad ventured out alone to start his own business, he wanted to create a life of freedom. He knew the quality of his work would be unmatched in the market, so he took an entrepreneurial leap. For more than twenty years, he built a loyal customer base, put in countless hours, and poured his heart into the company. But he never got what he truly wanted from the business - real freedom. He remained the primary producer. The business never scaled. He was a master of his craft, but he never mastered a business system that would help the company run without him.

Growing up, I worked alongside my dad in that business. Eventually, I left to pursue a corporate career. Nearly two decades later, I reconnected with my entrepreneurial roots by joining the leadership team of another family-owned company. We embarked on a journey with an EOS Implementer where we mastered tools that helped us work on the business, not just in it, and we doubled the business from $40M to $80M in two years. I quickly realized EOS was what my dad's business was missing.

Looking back, I wish someone had walked alongside our family, helping us put the right business system in place. We could have broken through the ceiling and built a company that didn’t depend on one person. My dad could have created the future he really wanted - a self-managed company that enabled a life of freedom.

That’s why I started Corner Four Consulting - to help entrepreneurs get what they truly want from their business: growth, freedom, and the ability to step back without everything falling apart. I am a Certified EOS Implementer who is passionate about helping owners build companies that work for them, not the other way around.
